Paula Capaldo

Paula has over three decades of experience in corporate sales and marketing, account management, business development, technology consulting, human resources, and financial planning. Over the years, Paula's team-driven approach to corporate business development has proven highly successful among top tier Fortune 500 firms. She has since built an impressive roster of clients including AT & T Broadband, Fidelity Investments, EMC, Fujitsu Nexion, Hewlett Packard, Raytheon, and Sun Microsystems.

Paula's experience is as comprehensive in scope as it is diverse. She has a vast knowledge in all aspects of inside and outside sales, marketing, general management, product development, business consulting, executive recruitment, permanent and temporary placement, public speaking, job training and career counseling. She is an accomplished scholar, who holds a doctorate in human development and psychology from Boston University and who has published numerous articles in academic journals, curriculum guides, and editorials.

A former active board member of the Massachusetts Chapter of the Society of Woman Engineers, Paula is listed in the 1980 edition of Outstanding Women in America for her exceptional ability to train handicapped and metally retarded adults for workforce entry. She has also received numerous Certificates of Recognition for her teaching skills and, as a result, was awarded a full fellowship for her M.Ed.
